Aside from being a world-class percussionist, Mike is a sought-after performer, clinician, and instructor. He has numerous publications to his credit and has been featured in Modern Drummer magazine.
Mike’s performance background spans jazz, classical, pop, television, concert work, and clinics. His playing gives West Coast Standard a sophisticated rhythmic foundation with taste, detail, and energy.
He even designed a revolutionary heelless bass drum pedal manufactured and sold by DW.
